running personnel in US corporations today. By such use of
terms you also postion the employee beneath the employer...and
Im sure to you that makes great sense. and its true at
lowest rungs on the ladder... up just a bit, it is the
employer that is fully dependent on its 'employees'...and in
fact succeeds or fails on the strength, initiative and
capablities of its employee's and when it looses that, the
corporation fails. A notion many miss these days as they
fail in droves. A corporation is not a 'hiring
authority'.... a basket weaving major in personnel is not a
hiring authority but an idiot certifiably proven in
corporation after bankrupt corporation, to have screened out
real talent and hired sychophants..which they like to call
'team players'... even as thier company goes down the tubes.
