write in Chinese first and have it translated line by line is a good
start. Then find someone to fix it for you.
The common format is as follows:

Experience:
March, 1995 - present supervisor of programming dept., xxx
company, where

Speical skills:
List if you have any. For example, proficiencies in French and
German, C++ programming, etc.
Publications: List if you have any
Refrences: List at least three if you feel comfortable. Include
the
name of you last or present supervisor if possible. If not,
Write "References will be provided upon request."
