When I try to build a resume,i have a problem,please help me.

Question:
I am having what appears to be an ongoing problem with the site, America's Job Bank. When I try to build a resume I keep getting kicked back to the "You need to log in" page. The problem Is I am already logged in. I have tried to do this alone, but the only time it works is when an administrator fro AJB starts to enter the information for me. Later I login and finish and even then there are quirks that show me with blank information sections when the info is really there.

This problem first showed up last year, about Nov. and I was told it was because I was using Netscape 4.7.9. I updated to 7.01 and still have problems.

Anyone out here have the same trouble or know of a reason for things like this happening?

I am using a P4, 1.5 gig machine with Windows 98 original and Netscape 7.01 over a dial up connection.

Answer:
-With Netscape 7 closed, go to your profile's *.slt folder http://www.hmetzger.de/pdl.html and delete or rename the "cookies.txt" file

-Deleting the file seems to help some people get into sites that refused them entry.

-The sites may use different methods for checking sites.
