-The best advice I can give you is to start using sites like
Careerbuilder.com and Monster.com. They have some excellent advice on that
subject.
-I would enjoy sitting at the back and
munching the traditional Wagon Wheels, I doubt it would enable us to
extract anything from your statment other than what it says, which is
that anyone who doesn't write a good CV is 'not very competent'.
-Our two best programmers (and they're good - I mean VERY good) not only
produce good code faster than you would think reasonable to expect, but they
write perfect English. Perhaps they're the exceptions to your implied rule,
but I don't think so. An organised mind is an organised mind. Full stop.
