-So people can submit their resume to you through your web site? What are
the specifics? Use a server-side script to email the contents of the form
to the person in charge of receiving the resumes.
-Wil, if all you're looking for is a script that will send an e-mail, check
out the FormMail script on http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/scripts.shtml. I
don't think that it will accept attachments, however, so you'll have to have
the user cut'n'paste their resume into a textarea, or something equally as
witty.

things here and there about your past experiences.....
just remember, the resume doesn't get you the job...it gets you through the
door for an interview....you're the one that gets you the job (proper english??
