Answer:
-I don't take offense to your posting, but I don't think very much of the
service you offer. As a recruiter, I think it's essential that an
applicant know exactly where his or her resume is at any point in time.
Your delivery service will cause applicants to lose control of their
search process and risk having their resume arrive more than once to an
employer. Free or not, I would not use your service and I suggest others
avoid it too unless you are going to provide each applicant with a
detailed list of everywhere his or her submission goes.
