I found I had already scanned some resume forms, so I put them online
immediately. I put together a 3 page document in Adobe Acrobat, its only 500k
but it should produce excellent quality laser prints since the scans are at

The document contains
1. A brief explanation of how to fill out the form, with an example.
2. 2 pages of resume forms, "reirekisho" (work history) and "jikoshoukai"
(self-introduction).
Resume forms may differ from company to company, but this is the basic form, you
can't go too far wrong. For extra bonus form, print it on A4 paper.
