All I could come up with so far is stuff along the lines of "answered
technical questions for users" and "helped with documentation". *I*
know it's a sh*tty little job, but there's gotta be more I can put in.
Answer:
Think in terms of accomplishments that you've made in performing the
position rather than tasks.
Example (assuming ISP tech):
Task - Resolved email issues.
Accomplishment - Maintained a thorough and detailed knowledge of X-App
to successfully troubleshoot mail sending and receiving errors.
You may also want to throw in there if you were able to talk nicely to
the customer after they couldn't follow your instructions for the 3rd
time. Seriously though, any time that you can put in solid
quantification of your accomplishments will only add to the resume.
